Job Announcement 3/12/14: Turkish Speaking HR Administrator
An international technology company located in Prague is looking for a HR Administrator, Turkish native speaker with advanced English skills. (Work permit is required.)
General Information:
In our shared services center we are looking for a new colleague on the position HR Administrator with Turkish.
Responsibilities
- administration of labour-related matters of onboarding and termination of labour contracts
- updating of contractual documents within the employment duration
- cooperation with local HRs and payroll deparments
- participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes
- support and contribution to providing standard HR services by processing transactions in line with company regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- min. secondary education or comparable educational background
- advanced knowledge of Turkish and good knowledge of English
- administrative work experience at least 1 year is an advantage
- professional experience within HR environment is an advantage
- very good knowledge of MS Office programmes
- intercultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
- excellent communication skills and sense of teamwork
- punctuality, proactivity and ability to solve problems quickly
