Job Announcement 25/03/15: Turkish Speaking HR Administrator


An international technology company located in Prague is looking for a HR Administrator, Turkish native speaker with advanced English skills. (Work permit is required.)

General Information:
In our shared services center we are looking for a new colleague on the position HR Administrator with Turkish.

Responsibilities

  • administration of labour-related matters of onboarding and termination of labour contracts
  • updating of contractual documents within the employment duration
  • cooperation with local HRs and payroll deparments
  • participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes
  • support and contribution to providing standard HR services by processing transactions in line with company regulations and guidelines

Requirements

  • min. secondary education or comparable educational background
  • advanced knowledge of Turkish and good knowledge of English
  • administrative work experience at least 1 year is an advantage
  • professional experience within HR environment is an advantage
  • very good knowledge of MS Office programmes
  • intercultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
  • excellent communication skills and sense of teamwork
  • punctuality, proactivity and ability to solve problems quickly
