is looking for Key Account Manager / Sales Manager
with Arabic and English language skills.

(Priority will be given to female applicants.)

Position overview:
The Key Account Manager/Sales Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Duties include:
– Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients
– Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
– Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
– Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business
– You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions

Main responsibilities:
– Technical and sales support in order to satisfy customer’s needs
– To solve situations when orders do not meet the customers’ expectations
– Customer support for VIP clients
– Solve customer’s needs in time
– Building long-term relationships with customers
– Cooperation with other company divisions (technical, sales, accounting)

– English and Hindi or Arabic – advanced written and spoken
– Communication skills and customer focus
– Ability to work under deadlines
– Team player
– Fast action, readiness
